Donald Ephraim started his music career at the age of 12, inspired by the great musicians Mr.Blascius, Late. Mr.Gift Jeyakumar, Mr.A.Wilson and Mr.APT Gnanaraj(Nazareth).

He acquired music knowledge from Late. Mr.Cleophas Antony, Mr.Eben Vincent, Mr.Leo Antony and late Mr.Lamech Nelson. Mr. Joel Thilagaraj taught him the intricacies of music theory.

He Attained Doctorate in the Field of Environmental Economics From Bharathiyar University. He completed his M.Phil in Economics. His Other Qualifications include Master of Arts and Bachelor of Education.

He was appointed as Local Representative of Trinity College, London in the year 1999. (www.trinitycollege.co.uk) He is qualified with the following certifications from Trinity College of Music, London:
